Q: Do you have a price list for all your product?

A: We do have a price list for all our products. Owing to there are too many items to cover all prices on one list. And prices are always changing by the changes of raw material cost freight cost. So If you want to check any price of our product, please contact us freely. We'll send you quotations!

Q: THE ITEM I'M SEARCHING IS NOT ON YOUR CATALOG, IS THERE ANY SOLUTION?
A: We deal with over 1,000 items, our catalog doesn't cover all products. And we are developing 50+ yearly. So don't need to worry, just send us your photo with detail specification, we'll check it for you like in the real hardware store.

Q: CAN YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES? ARE THE SAMPLES FREE?

A: Of course, we are glad to provide samples. Normally, we provide 1 set sample freely for testing or quality checking. But you have to pay the shipping cost. If you require many items, or more qty for each item, we'll charge samples. Basically, Samples will be shipped by EMS, cost usually within 30 usd(normally 15, depends on the destination). If you need samples urgently, we can also send samples by Fedex/TNT/UPS/DHL or Our Freight Carrier, cost will be by yours.

Q: WHAT'S THE DELIVERY TIME?

A: We could send stocked products within 3 working days for small standard items from China to your location. If your required products are out of stock, we'll confirm delivery time with you or find alternatives. Since we own in-house design and production equipment for quick, quality turn-around, from 10 to 10,000 pieces, production runs typically take days instead of weeks or months. For most countries it will take 2 weeks to your door, further info please refer as below.

Q: HOW CAN I PAY? WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT WAY?

A: We accept all major Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Alipay, Wechat pay, Union pay etc.Can be paid in USD/RMB/EUR.
